Process description:
The liquid is circulated by means of a lobe pump. The liquid flows are circulating through the injector (patented system Liecht) with a pressure of approx. 5 bar. The powder is manually fed into a hopper, sucked and injected into the recirculated liquid by means of the Venturi effect. Once the injection is completed, the circulating liquid can be supplied towards the static mixer.
