Simplification and validation of the cleaning process thanks to the installation of a cleaning in place system!
JetSolutions realizes fixed or mobile Cleaning in Place (CIP) installations for complete or part of process equipment. For hygienic reasons but also to avoid any cross contamination during product changes, the installations must be cleaned regularly. If the product is toxic, cleaning becomes tedious since it must be performed with a protective suit.
By designing or modifying your installation in order it can be cleaned in place by a JetSolutions system, the customer can vastly improve the quality and duration of cleaning process.

WIP Station (Washing in Place)
For the «multi-product» installations the WIP/CIP cleaning becomes more and more automated. These installations of simple concept are enabling the cleaning of the installation in recirculation different liquids (rinsing, cleaning). Our solutions are enabling validated cleanings in place.
Process description:
The cleaning liquid is prepared in two different manners. According to a customer defined recipe in a vessel or with dosing pumps. The pump will distribute the liquid to different cleaning areas of customer’s installation.

Advantages:
Reliable cleaning, validation of the cleaning process, contained cleaning possibility, automatic cleaning system. The system can run programs which succesively introduce different cleaning products, finishing with a rinse cycle.
