JetSolutions SA is proud to introduce its latest equipments concerning conveying such as powder and liquid conditioning that you can apply at different steps of your production.
JETBREAKER
By means of our JetBreaker we are capable to reduce easily the size of your blocs in order to treat the powder optimally.
- PHOTOS JETBREAKER
CONTAINERS
We use our Multi-Dosimat dosing technology in order to make possible a dosing of +/- 5 grams of powder into specific containers developed for your applications.
- PHOTOS CONTAINERS
LARGE JET INJECTOR
Finally, we directly suck off this powder from the container by means of our large Jet feed injector to convey it by a liquid loop into your conditioning reactors / vessels. (This final operation can be also directly performed from the JetBreaker).
All these operations are carried out according to cGMP regulations with certificate FDA / USP class 6 and are cleaned in place with feasible validation. Owing to the "flexible containment" technology it is also possible to treat products under high containment.
