MULTI-DOSIMAT

By means of the integrated metering unit said the "Liquefyer", the toughest powders are extracted precisely from the intermediate vessel.

The Dynaform membrane enables to prevent a contact between the movable parts and the product. Contamination or wear problems of the seals are thus eliminated! Easy CIP cleaning.

 

KIT

The Multi-Dosimat can be ordered as a kit, including the metering unit "Liquefyer", the dosing device and the electronical control.

 

DOSAGES

The Multi-Dosimat enables to obtain a high flow of products (first dosing phase, "completely open) and a high precise dosage (latest dosing phase "completely closed"). He owns manifold cases of applications, let's enumerate some of them:

  • Dosing of powder under high containment
         Active agent, at +/- 5 g with a OEB5 containment
  • Dosing of powder in the hopper before pneumatically transport 
     PVC component at +/- 200 g, automatic system
  • Dosing of powder Media-Prep directly combined with the JetBreaker 
     Direct dosing of diverse salts and starches from the hopper of a JetBreaker into a container.
    Precision +/-100 g.
  • Flow regulation for continuous dosing
    Divers food powders continuously dosed from 3 hoppers equipped with Multi-Dosimat. Precision +/- 100 g.

Since more than 20 years about 500 installations are in operation. Through continuous development we guarantee to our customers an optimal quality.
