We elobarate big bag discharge systems, which can fulfill the highest specifications with the following principal options:
- docking with an anti-dust system with evacuation of the fine particles
- kneader system
All our equipment are compatible with GMP, FDA, ATEX.
Docking
Docking
The most important item of the big bag discharge system is the docking station. It assures a proper discharge and tightness to the big bag.
Optionally: a anti-dust system allowing the evacuation of the fine particles during discharge is available.
The vacuum system at the end of the discharge allows evacuating the big bag completely.
