SAK

SAK

«SAK» stands for «Silo-AustragsKegel» , which means in English  «Extraction cone valve for silo». The SAK is designed to control the discharge of powder or granulates out of silos.

The SAK is particullarly efficient in the following cases:

  • For a «fast» silo discharge (high extraction capacity)
  • For dosing the discharged powder or granulate
  • For discharging a silo at different flow
  • Garanty a proof closing of the silo (self closed without energy)
  • For extracting and discharging “difficult” flowing powders

Working Principle:

  • The cone valve is guided in a hopper located at the bottom of the silo
  • The cone valve is lifted by a pneumatic bellows
  • The adjustment of the opening is set by the stroke of the guiding rod one for  all (basic version)
  • The continuous adjustment is set by a pneumatic drive adjusting the stroke  from 0 to 100% (dosing version)
  • Dosing of the discharged product by adjustment of the opening of the cone  valve versus the weight on scale, through an interface terminal IT 9000.
  • Vibration of the cone in open position

Anag Geber

Anag Geber

The ANAG GEBER is a «universal» extractor, able to help any powder flowing out easily from a hopper, from a little silo or from any conical vessel.

The ANAG GEBER is particularly well designed for:

  • Extraction of «difficult» flowing powder
  • Corrosive powder
  • Corrosive cleaning product
  • Abrasive powder

Working principle:

  • The «sword» of the ANAG GEBER is bent to be parallel to the wall of the vessel (approx. 1 cm gap)
  • The sword rotates and moves the powder away off the wall to the middle of the vessel
  • The sword is actuated by an electrical motor with chain transmission
  • The ANAG Geber may be mounted on most existing equipment by adapting the 200 or 250 mm flange of the ANAG-Geber

Extractor Liquefyer

Extractor Liquefyer

The «LIQUEFYER» is an extractor designed for small size silos, hoppers and dosing vessel.

It is particularly recommended for the following cases:

  • For extraction of «difficult» flowing powders
  • When «CIP» is required (with a DYNAFORM membrane)
  • For corrosive powder or cleaning agent
  • For abrasive powder

 Working Principle:

  • Scratching of the inside wall of the LIQUEFYER by means of a rotating blade. The blade is actuated by an electrical motor
  • Pushing of the powder toward the center of the LIQUEFYER allowing a regular and continuous powder extraction
  • When the LIQUEFYER is equipped with a DYNAFORM membrane either in FEP (Fluoro Ethylene Propylene) or in PUR (Poly Urethane) the product is no more in contact with any mechanical part
  • When the LIQUEFYER is equipped with a DYNAFORM membrane it is fully «CIP compatible»
  • The LIQUEFYER may be mounted on any existing equipment by adapting the top and bottom flanges accordingly

Aid in the extraction

Do you have to handle powders which are subject to agglomeration?

JetSolutions has the Process Solution of your problem:

a) Powders which are not free flowing

The membrane fluidization system allows an efficient level of cleaning the surfaces of silos or pipes (membranes in FDA material and stainless steel body).

b) Powders which have the tendency to agglomerate or to build small blocs

Who has not to handle regularly powders having tendency to agglomerate or is subject to compactation? To eliminate this problem, right our engineers developed a system of fluidization with a rotating comb system in order to make sure that no blocs or agglomerates are conveyed further.

Please ask for more details about the existing systems!
