The DOSIMAT valve allows a precise dosing of any powder or granulate when filling drums, bags, boxes, big-bags, etc…

The DOSIMAT valve is particularly accurate for:

Extremely precise dosing of powder

When « CIP » is required (with a DYNAFORM membrane)

For corrosive powder or cleaning agent

For abrasive powder

Working Principle:

• The DOSIMAT valve is compatible with most equipment by adapting the connecting  flanges
• DN 150 or DN 200 diameter according to the required dosing accuracy
• 100% opening of the valve possible
• Dosing by means of an oscillating knife. The dosing valve has full opening and is actuated by a pneumatic cylinder, in function of the weight on the scale or on the load cells
• Detection and adjustment of the % opening by means of inductive switches (from 1 up to 4 switches) located on the pneumatic cylinder
• Communication between the scale (or load cells) and the MULTI-DOSIMAT through the programmable terminal IT 9000

The Multi DOSIMAT is a combination of an extractor (LIQUEFYER) and a pneumatic DOSING VALVE.
It is particularly recommended for the following applications:

• High precision of powder filling in drums, bags, boxes, etc…
• Absolute dust free filling (dedusting in option)
• For extraction of «difficult» flowing powders
• When «CIP» is required (with a DYNAFORM membrane)
• For corrosive powder or cleaning agent
• For abrasive powder

Working Principle:

• Scratching of the inside wall of the LIQUEFYER by means of a rotating blade. The blade is actuated by an electrical motor
• Pushing of the powder toward the center of the LIQUEFYER allowing a regular and continuous powder extraction
• When the LIQUEFYER is equipped with a DYNAFORM membrane either in FEP (Fluoro Ethylene Propylene) or in PUR (Poly Urethane) the product is no more in contact with any mechanical part
• When the LIQUEFYER is equipped with a DYNAFORM membrane it is fully «CIP compatible»
• The LIQUEFYER may be mounted on any existing equipment by adapting the top and bottom flanges accordingly
• Dosing by means of an oscillating knife. The dosing valve has full opening and is actuated by a pneumatic cylinder, in function of the weight on the scale or on the load cells

• Positionning of the full drum (A) below the MULTI-DOSIMAT
• Proof connecting of the drum to the MULTI-DOSIMAT
• Elevation and turning up side down of the assembly (drum + MULTI-DOSIMAT + outlet hopper + dedusting hood)
• Tare weighing of the empty drum (B) on the scale
• Positionning of the assembl drum + MULTI-DOSIMAT down to approx. 1 cm distance to the drum (B)
• Start up of the dedusting aspiration
• Weighing and dosing of the product controlled by the terminal IT 9000
• Once the drum (B) is full, positioning of the next empty drum (B) on the scale
